Privacy Policy

Effective April 27, 2026. This policy explains how Growth Figures Limited handles information for DiscipleDeck across web and mobile.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, optional phone number, country, profile information, sign-in provider, device and app information, privacy preferences, notification preferences, and support communications.

Activity and Ministry Data

To operate the service, we process saved Bible passages, notes, bookmarks, reading history, devotional progress, media playback activity, search activity, journeys, points, streaks, referrals, contacts, teams, goals, follow-up reports, community activity, messages, and prayer-related interactions.

Payments and Donations

When you donate or give, payment processors may handle payment details. We receive donation confirmations and related metadata needed for records, fraud prevention, receipts, accounting, and support. Donations are handled under our Terms of Use and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, sync activity across devices, personalize recommendations, power Bible and content features, manage communities, operate referrals and points, provide support, improve reliability, detect abuse, comply with law, and protect DiscipleDeck and its users.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process payments, and operate DiscipleDeck; with community members when you choose to participate or publish; and when required for legal, safety, fraud, or rights-protection reasons.

Your Controls

You can update profile, notification, privacy, and sign-out controls in settings. You can request account deletion in web or mobile account controls. Deletion disables your account and removes or anonymizes personal profile access where practical, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, donation, backup, and dispute-retention requirements.

Children and Consent

DiscipleDeck is intended for users who can lawfully consent to use the service in their location, or who use it with parent or guardian permission. Community builders are responsible for appropriate consent before adding contacts or using follow-up tools.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee perfect security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain records, and operate backups.

International Processing

DiscipleDeck may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as DiscipleDeck changes. Continued use after a posted update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
