Terms of Use
Effective April 27, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using DiscipleDeck across web and mobile. Please review them with qualified counsel before treating them as final legal advice.
Using DiscipleDeck
DiscipleDeck is provided by Growth Figures Limited for Scripture reading, discipleship, prayer, community, notes, media, referrals, and related ministry tools. You agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully, and only in ways that do not harm people, disrupt the platform, impersonate others, or misuse community and follow-up features.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse referrals or points, infringe rights, or harm other users. You can sign out from settings and request account deletion from the account controls in web or mobile.
Points, Streaks, Rewards, and Gamification
Points, streaks, badges, levels, and referral rewards are promotional engagement features only. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged unless we expressly offer a redemption, and may be corrected, reset, reversed, expired, removed, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for loss of points, streaks, leaderboard rank, rewards, or other gamification progress.
Donations and Giving
Gifts, donations, and voluntary giving made through DiscipleDeck support the ministry and operation of the service. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, donations are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not purchase access, ownership, subscription rights, or guaranteed outcomes.
Content, Copyright, and Media
DiscipleDeck, its original devotionals, sermons, videos, audio, designs, software, branding, and related content are owned by Growth Figures Limited or licensed to us. You may use content inside DiscipleDeck for personal discipleship and permitted sharing features only. You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, download outside approved offline app features, remove attribution, bypass protection, train models on protected content, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
User Content and Community Sharing
You keep ownership of notes, posts, comments, and other content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, distribute, moderate, and adapt that content as needed to operate DiscipleDeck. You must have the rights and consent needed for anything you upload or share, including contact information used for outreach and follow-up.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Your use of DiscipleDeck is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can access privacy controls, sign out, and request account deletion in your account settings. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, donation records, or backup integrity.
No Professional Advice
DiscipleDeck provides faith-building content and tools. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, counseling, tax, or emergency advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on content or community interactions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Figures Limited disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, lost profit, lost data, loss of goodwill, loss of points, loss of streaks, donation disputes, service interruption, or third-party conduct damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the previous three months or NGN 10,000, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must first be raised with support@discipledeck.com so we can try to resolve them informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, on an individual basis, with no class, collective, or representative action unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of DiscipleDeck after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
