The Pulpit Commentary on Psalms 145:7

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness; literally, they shall pour forth—as a strong spring—the memory of thy great goodness; i.e. the tale of all the mercies that thou hast vouchsafed them.

And shall sing of thy righteousness; i.e. shall sing hymns of praise for thy righteous dealings with them.
