How do I reset my password?

Open the DiscipleDeck app or visit discipledeck.com, tap "Sign in", then tap "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we will send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion directly inside the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request using the contact form on this page (select "Account deletion request" as the subject) or email support@discipledeck.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What data is deleted when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, notes, bookmarks, prayer requests, follow-up records, community memberships, points, streaks, and personal activity history. Some anonymised data may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or donation record purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel or stop in-app notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications inside the app and turn off the notification types you do not want. You can also manage notification permissions in your device Settings under DiscipleDeck.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, or profile and choose "Report". For urgent safety concerns, email support@discipledeck.com directly and we will review within 24 hours.

Can I use DiscipleDeck on web and mobile?

Yes. Your account syncs across the web app at discipledeck.com and the iOS and Android apps. Download from the App Store or Google Play using the links on this page.

How do I contact support for a billing or donation issue?

Use the contact form below and select "Billing or Donation" as the subject, or email support@discipledeck.com. Include your name, the email on your account, and details of the transaction and we will assist you promptly.

Is DiscipleDeck free to use?

Yes. DiscipleDeck is free to download and use. The platform is supported by optional donations from our community. There are no required subscriptions or paywalls on core content.

Does DiscipleDeck work offline?

The mobile app caches recently accessed Bible chapters, devotionals, and downloaded plans so you can continue reading offline. An internet connection is required to sync notes, communities, and new content.

I cannot sign in — what should I do?

First try "Forgot password" to reset your credentials. If you signed up via Google, Apple, or Facebook, make sure you are using the same sign-in method. If the issue persists, contact support@discipledeck.com with your account email address.
